Store FAQ’s

The following are our store policies:

1. Where We Sell: At the time, we are only selling to customers within Canada. If you are purchasing from outside of Canada, please email us and we can create a custom order with the appropriate shipping information.
2. Payment: We accept payments via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you will be given the opportunity to create a free account or to check out via a guest account.
3. Shipping: All orders will be processed and shipped from Toronto, Ontario within 3 business days.
4. Returns and Refunds: All sales are final. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will handle all situations on a case-by-case basis.
